[DOTTED ZONE]- Document Type improves the image going to file or copy by cleaning backgrounds, darkening black lines and sharpening where selected. Different intensities are used depending on the selected Document Type. Color Photo is neutral and applies no processing. Document Type selects the most common file format and dpi (detail setting). New Document Types are generated if the user wishes to make a change to any parameter already stored as part the factory installed standard Document Types.
