Based in the financial heart of London, Filing Plus operate predominantly in the UK, though it has recently completed projects in both Frankfurt and Tokyo and is currently undertaking a series of projects across Europe. Now in its eighth year of business, Filing Plus has recently invested in a Colortrac SmartLF\u00a0large format scanner.<\/p>\n<h2>Integration<\/h2>\n<p>Ryan Heiser, IT Manager and IT Analyst at the Filing Plus Group, explains, &#8220;We could not justify the cost of a wide format scanner. We just did not have the volume. However, as demand increased and scanner prices fell, we felt that we should look again.&#8221; He continues, &#8220;We did our research and found that the Colortrac SmartLF met our needs. Not only that, but Colortrac was the only company that could supply a driver designed to meet our needs for an A0 Scanner.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>Quicker turn-round for clients<\/h2>\n<p>Ryan points out, &#8220;We chose a SmartLF for color and mono documents up to 44 inches wide.&#8221; He adds, &#8220;Our clients now get a quick turn round. Any quality issues can be resolved immediately in-house and we can then send the corrected document by e-mail or CD to the client.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>In a class of their own<\/h2>\n<p>Ryan found the whole experience with Colortrac to be, &#8220;\u2026 great. The sales and after sales experience was painless and went smoothly. On this front they are in a class of their own.
