THE PRODUCT

"EASY-TO-USE, EFFICIENT FILING, COPYING AND EMAILING SOFTWARE"

SmartLF All-in-One is a simple to use, multi-purpose software application that allows any SmartLF scanner user to create digital versions of originals in JPEG, TIFF and PDF file formats. The SmartLF user can also copy to any Windows printer and attach digital reproductions to any Microsoft compatible email client.

SmartLF-All-in-One is included with every SmartLF wide format scanner and allows the scanner user to make digital copies on the computer's hard disk of any original placed in the scanner.  In SmartLF All-in-One this is called a file.  SmartLF All-in-One can also send the digital version to an email as an attached PDF or JPEG.  Finally SmartLF All-in-One can send the digital version of an original to any Windows printer - in other words make a copy of the original.

For more advanced copying and filing other Colortrac applications are available as cost options.

“SmartLF All-in-One is not software for the technical scanner user - it's not meant to be!  It is a utility that will file, email and copy originals to very high quality levels from an easy to learn, non demanding user interface.  On the printer side, providing support for every single printer out there does mean we have to printing entirely to Windows.  This means the user needs to take responsibility for specifying the correct paper size in the printer (important when autosize copying), but we feel this is an acceptable trade-off considering the high flexibility of the product.  We sincerely hope you agree."
