Features added
* Uncompressed tif file format increased from 2GB to 4GB maximum.
* Greyscale preview capacity doubled using new 4GB tif temporary files.

Known Issues
* Incorrect offset applied to centre justified scans over optical resolution
* No support for Gx+ 56 greyscale scans above 600dpi

Notes
* PDF and jpg file types comply to 65,280 scan lines limit (excess will be discarded).
* Editing jpg files saves at full quality only.
