What is scan logging and how do I enable it in ScanWorks?

When activated in Preferences this function provides automatic recording of the basic scan statistics - filename and path, scan resolution, color mode, scan area and scanning time for each scan. When the ScanWorks Summation button is pressed totals for each parameter are calculated and added to bottom of the ScanLog.txt file which is recorded in C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\ScanworksData (Vista user) area of the computer. This file is continually appended to whenever the function is activated from the ScanWorks Preferences tab. The file must be manually deleted to restart the file with zero contents. Open ScanLog.txt with any editor such as Notepad or Word.
