ISIS-certified hardware is tested for full compliance with the standard by EMC Captiva, the developer, specifier and regulator of the ISIS standard. Stringent testing by EMC Captiva ensures problem-free data exchange between ISIS-certified hardware and hundreds of supporting imaging applications.

The SmartLF Ci 40e (below, right), a BERTL 4.5 Star “OUTSTANDING” award winning technical document scanner, has an ISIS driver certified by EMC Captiva. All other SmartLF scanners have ISIS drivers which are ISIS compatible but are not yet certified. These SmartLF ISIS drivers have been in use for several years and work reliably with all ISIS-compliant EDM programs.
